About us
Casa Orterie is an Italian hospitality project bringing together a restaurant, wine bar, guesthouse rooms and a craft distillery under one family. A place where care for every guest shows in the choice of raw ingredients, the slow pace of service, and the attention to detail.
Seasonal cuisine
The restaurant serves contemporary Italian dishes built around local produce. Rotating tasting menu, options for vegetarian and vegan diets on request, transparent handling of allergies and intolerances.
Wine bar and tastings
Curated craft wine list — biodynamic, organic, natural labels. Aperitivo with Italian tapas, vertical tastings by reservation, seasonal themed events.
Hospitality
Charm rooms in the Guesthouse (already available) and Camere Orterie (under construction — waitlist open). Ideal for gastronomic weekends and short stays.
Craft distillery
The Distillery produces artisan spirits — grappa, amaro, liqueurs — from local ingredients. Dedicated site linked from the home page.
Private events
